Wellness

Our business is focused on health and wellness, and we want to create the same conditions for our employees as we do for our customers.

We equip everyone with a Readiband (the same ones the pros wear!) and give you the tools to manage your own sleep health and performance.

And when you’re not sleeping, we provide a competitive benefits package, an on-site gym, and a fully stocked snack cupboard.

Fun

When we take a break from being remarkable, we’re connecting as a team and as friends. We make time for after-work board games, theme days, sports pools, and Friday beers. After the day is done, you may find us jogging the Sea Wall, at a Canucks game, or hiking and kayaking on the weekends.

Flexibility

Flexibility contributes to our success. That’s why we encourage our employees to work in ways that best suit their circumstances. That can mean grabbing a spot on one of our office couches, working remotely, or working flexible hours to accommodate personal commitments.

Location

Our downtown Vancouver office is home to about 30 people. Vancouver is a dynamic, cosmopolitan city, and a hot spot for IT start-ups, coffee shops, sushi restaurants, and more recently, brew pubs!

We also have several employees who work ‘at-large’ wherever the work takes them.
