FAST® (Fatigue Avoidance Scheduling Tool) is a software application which calculates the fatigue risk associated with planned employee duty schedules.

Schedules are manually entered on a PC keyboard. Once the duty schedule is known, sleep periods are estimated using a program called AutoSleep. The duty and sleep information is then automatically processed through our patented and validated SAFTE model to help identify specific schedules that may be problematic from a fatigue risk standpoint.

FAST® not only identifies fatigue risk, it directly provides the user with an assessment of why a given schedule creates fatigue risk, so that appropriate counter fatigue measures can be determined.
